I was fortunate enough to get a listing at The Belmont, a newly built apartment building completed in November 2018 in Murrayville Langley, British Columbia. The lower mainland has seen a large influx of condos and townhomes with the number of units available in the Fraser valley doubling since the year prior(2017). This is largely to do with a massive injection of new development in the area. With buyers now having more options to choose from such as size, layout and finishing’s, it becomes ever more important that in a sea of units, you invest your money in a development that is unique and stands out from the crowd. I think infinity properties accomplished this mission when creating the Belmont. What makes The Belmont so unique to myself is the larger units compared to many of the new buildings currently being constructed with apartments ranging from 950-1500sqft these are unit sizes not often found in new builds and are more common in older condo buildings. While also providing a large array of added features such as built in A/C, heated floors/ oversized walk in closets and outstanding finishes. Now of course, this is only my opinion of the building and whether you’re looking for your next investment or dream home, its best to form your own opinion!
I listed and sold unit 107 in the building, a 1008sqft two bedroom two bath ground floor unit. The seller had moved out at the time of putting it on the market, so I decided to showcase the unit the best way possible to invest in getting the unit staged. I also got magazine grade photos taken of the project which where a step above the normal professional package offered by the photographer.
